Sent off SAR before xmas by recorded delivery. UNDELIVERED BY POST OFFICE. Sent second SAR by recorded delivery on 17.01.07. UNDELIVERED by POST OFFICE. SENT third SAR 19.03.07 by RECORDED GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY to my local branch asking them to forward my request. Received package on 27.03.07 containing not, full six year banking history, but end of month charges only. They also cashed my 10.00 cheque. Sent letter asking for full history and note saying i should not be charged again as i have paid and they have not sent what i requested. Recieved on 21.4.07 same statements and they charged me 10.00 again.
Work colleague succesfully claimed his back. He said i need full statements as i need to refer charges to particular dates. Is this correct ?. If so whats my next move.
