Just wanted to say a quick hi to everyone...yesterday I sent off my S.A.R - (Subject access request), so hopefully sooner rather than later I will receive my statements, then on to claiming the full lot back, with interest.
I know my case is early days, but I will keep this post updated quite regularly in the event of any needed help, so i'm sure there's a few kind people out there who will help me across any potential legal hurdle.
