    Default Help needed for my son

    My son has a young workers account with A&L. he lost his job in Feb and he told them this but they are slapping £50 charges evey month as he was about £1.23od. when he contacted them last week to try and sort things out once again the told him the account was closed because "he ignored terms & conditions". Yesterday however they sent him another statement adding on another £50. Is there anything we can do. thanks for any help
    (ps sorry if i had already sent message )

    That's the same account I have, I'm going also getting the same charges.

    He should definately claim them back! But be sure to read everything involved repeatedly!

    Just to let you know My son had all his overdrafticon charges wiped of. They wanted over £200 by the time I wrote to them saying as he was under 18 they were illigally charging him. A&L passed to debt collectionicon dept who called and wiped it as he had no income to pay od. Thanks for advice given on this site it really did help;-)

Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition.
