Posted my initial letter to A & L on 10 Apr 07 requesting refunds on bank charges!
Excited, apprehensive.........

NOOOOOOOOO! Big fat no chance nada, never, not on your nelly!! Furious was an understatement, followed up with a phone call. The usuall what grounds do you have to ask for your bank charges to be reinbursed.
It's your fault, our charges are fair and evrything we do complies with our T & C's.

Told them I will commmunicate by letter only from here on in, so standy and I'll see you in court!
HA have some........ Their response - Take us to court, you are not having your charges refunded! Good bye!
