Even though i have been a member for couple of months this is my 1st post...was unsure of how to do it until I found the A to Z help! But anyway I have my statements and charges sent off to RBS but they are only offering me 50% of total claim from 2 credit cards (MINT & RBS). I now wish to start ball rolling for court but unsure how much this is going to cost me? Any idea folks? I live in Glasgow. Where do I get any info on law before I get to that stage? Is it simple enough to do? I am petrified of going to court but it is my money they have and I want it back!!! Thanks for brill site and all support in chat room!

Why on earth do banks pay out to some and not others?? Friend has had 5K back with little effort through this site whereas banks seem to be ignoring me. Just my luck!!
