The likelyhood is that you will have to send an lba although you may welll find that you will have to sue the bank for charges but there is a lot of people who are in the same boat as yourself. What ball park figure are we talking about?
Best case scenario, they settle after lba, so 4-8 weeks if you give em a bit longer to get back to you, or if you end up filing court claim, anything from 3-7 months really. Thats worst scenario. Lol xxx Dont let it stop ya though. Onward and upward. Fendy xx

Depends on which kind of interest you've claimed. s69 8% interest can only be claimed at the court stage - whilst overdraft interest (or a portion thereof) and contractual interest can be claimed from the outset. Good luck, hedgey xxx
