    Default credit card charges Monument

    well started claiming charges from my credit card and its not being easy at all....
    i filed via MCOL and there full 28 days are up on the 25th of April and they have still not filed a defence!!!so getting worried now ???

    dont worry about the MCOL, they will defend even if they are late.

    this doesnt mean they are going to single you out and make an example of you, they are just following their procedure the same as you are following yours.
