Okay, this is in relation to an Egg Card and the story so far is:-

12/02/07 - Sent SAR to Egg requesting copy statements
22/03/07 - Received copy statements from Egg
22/03/07 - Sent Request for Repayment/lba giving them 14 days
02/04/07 - Received letter from Egg acknowledging receipt of
complaint
03/04/07 - Received letter from Egg refusing to repay my money
12/04/07 - Claim issued at Preston county court
19/04/07 - Egg file an acknowledgement of service indicating they intend to defend all of the claim
