Although I haven't posted on here before I have used the site for information and confidence boosting when having doubts (!).
Anyway, I just wanted to say that today i received £255 back from the Cooperative Bank incurred in charges over the past 4 years. If anyone is thinking about whether or not to proceed with the process of claiming back these charges, then I would recommend it wholeheartedly! It can feel a bit scary when you have to fill in the claim on the online court and pay your money to them to file against a large organisation such as a bank - but it's obviously worth it!
Go for it! They don't deserve our cash - but we do!
