    Default Hell need help

    I am taking ltsbicon to court over bank charges,they have decided to defend my claim.I have got a form from Birmingham county courticon with ltsb defence on it,there is a section which i need to fill in and the question is what are my reasons for making a counterclaim are? i am a bit stuck as to what to put in this section so any help would be grateful.cheers

    Firstly you are making a claim, not a counterclaim.
    The defendant(ltsbicon) may make a counterclaim.
    Your reasons for making a claim are that you now believe the regime of fees charged by banks are unlawful at common law and contrary to the UTCCR 1999.
    Look for the templates for the exact wording.
    If you can tell us which form it is we may be able help alot more. It will have a number in the bottom left corner

    You idn't expect them not to defend i hope, No problem they always say they will one way or the other you win,

    Please find your banks forum and start a thread;
    (your user name) V (banks name)
    Other members with experiance of your bank can offer informed advide.
    use the template letters in order. Stick to the timetable in there.

    I hope your thread title is a typoicon lol, this isn't that bad a place

    Martin and hod are correct (as always), and this is standard stuff from the banks.

    Hang in there, have a good read of HOD's links, and get prepared for the next stage.

    Your nearly there now, don't worry about being nervous, its natural and we've all been there. Just get the knowledge you need (its all here) and you'll be fine.
