I haven't posted for a while but think Bank of Scotland is beginning to play a little bit dirty. My son has two closed accounts and recently went into his branch to ask for these account numbers. They informed him that he would have to put his request for these in writing. Has anyone else had problems getting a hold of their account numbers? He handed a letter into the branch on 19th May so hope to hear from them soon.
