Which charges can be claimed back?

I am about to start the process to claim back my charges. I have a Royalties Gold Account which attracts a monthy fee and charges for my overdraft icon

. Can these also be claimed back?

Pretty sure you can't claim these as they are an agreement for that type of account.

The charges for going over the overdraft icon

(usually £28 ish) you can claim back also when standing orders and direct debits bounce (£35 ish)

It's a pity the chatroom is still closed as that place can really help with any doubts and fears you have.
Also good for just unwinding and having fun.
Still hopefully it won't be long.

It's basically a waiting game, seeing who can out stare the other - don't be the one to look away.
Many people do at this stage and give up.

Make sure you stick with the winners and you will be one!

Yes, spot on Sally - the monthly fees cannot be claimed back, here is a list of RBS icon

charges that you may claim.

chg s/o £28.00
chg unpaid item(s) £38.00
chg card misuse £35.00
chg to a/c £28.00 (this is monthly, on top of other charges)

In the sticky threads list in RBS icon

is one that has been set up by livelylad that lists all claimable charges and their amounts for the last 13 years or so. Worth looking at
