    James, its good that you spend time helping new members, but dont you think you should at least make some effort to read what the OP has said and adjust your templates accordingly. From where I am sitting (and I think a few others) it appears that your posts are more for your benefit than for the people that actually need help. A template is fine so long as its adjusted and tweaked to fit each and every post thats made. As it stands I can see some people wondering exactly what message you are trying to convey as yur posts are almost 100% identitcle.

    This is NOT a personal attack and I am sure you have helped a great many people, but maybe a change of style may help the people you are trying to help in a much clearer and understanding way.
