hi,i terminated my finance with ycc in may last year,paid half the amount owing blah blah,then i get a letter saying i still have to pay off the PPI,i told them to sod off,so anyway they harrassed me constantly so i agreed to give them £60 per month,i made one payment then thought forget it take me to court,why should i pay ppi on something that i no longer have?anyway they kept writing and phoning i ignored them,then they put a default on my credit file for £1400,anyway i still ignored it,then i got a letter saying if i give them £300 they would write the rest off,so i did.but its bugging me did they have the right to still charge me for the ppi?
