Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have made claim for charges dating back earlier than 6 years. But the Woolwich have sent me a letter and a schedule of charges for one year in 2002. It has really thrown me, do I add this to my original claim. I am just about to MCOL or do I do this a a seperate claim? Pleas I really need advice
I think as long as you keep your claim to under £5000K (excluding interest and costs), how far you go back isnt important as long as you correctly lay out your schedule of charges!!
Good luck!!
