Hi got a letter off Sandy Watt. Stating looking at my claims but I did not provide enough info about the account. The letter has my account number and my address. They want my sort code. This must be a delay tactic as when I spoke to them on the phone it only took seconds to look it up. Sent Sandy an email giving details but stating I am sticking to the timescale. I never get a reply to my emails. Sorry Sandy for thinking you are a Female. Was told on the phone you are a male.

Well after a couple of Emails to Sandy, I finally got a reply. Saying still looking at my claim. Explained that the deadline was up tommorrow and would be starting legal action. Just got another Email saying an offer is in the post. I should have it by the weekend. Not sure how it is being sent? Pigeon? I will give them until Saturday then fire off to money online.

You can file the claim once the deadline is up, you will of course be entitled to sect 69 interesticon.

Yes you can add these charges, but once you file the claim further charges can only be added my amending the claim (N244icon) this costs £35 which is not reclaimable. So charges after this I would ask them to be considered in any settlement or issue another claim for them.
