    Talking Barclays/woolwich merger

Hi guys, not sure how relevant this is but has anyone else recieved a letter from the woolwich laying out details of their merger?
Among other things they've done, is to slash the free buffer on my account to £5 from £50.
I rang the helpline number given on the letter, and was answered by some rude little s*&t who's attitude was "tough, there's nothing you can do about it!".
Well actually there is, I can move my account, and I can also start the ball rolling over the overcharging on my account. It's not a lot, but am happy to do it just for the embuggerence factor!

    Welcome to the family!

Read through all the FAQs. Make sure you have an idea how to start.
Read through the Barclaysicon forum as those with the most knowledge on Barclays will be lurking there!

Start your own thread so people can see your individual case.

If you don't understand anything just ask, no matter how silly it may seem.
