    Hi jennifer,

It sounds as if you have got a standard letter, although there are sometimes slight variations.

It would help if you could list the solicitors requests. Quite often, its info the already have, and is nothing to worry about.

Have you had anything from the court yet? If not, you will soon, either with a set of directions (instructions) from the judge, or an Allocation Questionaire. Again nothing to worry about, and everything is here to help you complete the forms.

Give us a bit more info, and you'll find you'll get lots of really useful help and advice.

First of all what's all the panic for, i think it's just a matter of waiting for a hearing date now, just get the court bundle together and read up on a few threads.

HI, all, thank you all so much for your support.

I have sent off the letter re: the chapter 18 being excluded under part 27 today to cobbetts (1st class and recorded delivery, they should have it Monday)! Really wanted to tell them where to go,because it really terrified me (but not anymore, thanks to you lot).

Having myself a nice glass of chilled wine now, feeling slightly more assured with the fact that there are thousands of people who have been made to feel really desperate at times by these bullies and we are all doing something about it.

Will keep you posted (don't care if they know who I am, (not terrified anymore), this site does such a wonderful job, Thanks again x

It think it's extremely important if you are going to court or in court to read up the Library section as there are all sorts of guidance notes and procedures to help you along with your claim. You are after all potentially going to court!?!?

If you get enough homework done LM, you won't get terrified because you will be expecting them to defend or them to request your claim be struck out. Get reading, reassure yourself and prepare for what is about to happen. No need in panicking now is there?

Yes just wait for the court to contact you now. You cant claim contractual now only the 8% that you have asked for.

    Hi muck...

I signed up to this forum months ago, and read up on everything and actually got quite knowledged up ( is that actually a word?? lol ) on the whole situation, but sadly have been too busy to do anything....
Anyway, a few months have passed and now my SARicon has been sent.
I am also with the RBOS & will start a new threadicon in the RBOS section, so we can follow each others cases.
Hope we get them nailed without too much aggro!

    Regards,

    Walshy

    Hi all, quick update

Was reading in a different thread about the AQ not being sent out!!!!!!!

My case has been sent to Walsall county courticon, I was a little confused about the £100 fee that is payable for claims over £1,500!

All sorted now, I rang the court and it turns out that Walsall have to send out AQ with their instructions, but other courts may have been told not to. It would also seem that the £100 is still payable on claims over £1,500 even if you don't get an AQ, so make sure you send it

    If in doubt ask

and towards the end of this there are some additional pointers

I am in a similar position just awaiting notification from Walsall Courts ( i used MCOL ). Intresting to know they are using AQ. I would be intrigued to see how quick you get your date.
