Well not as their latest appointment suggests. The amusingly named Cavendish Elithorn has been promoted to Senior Director at the Office of Fair Trading.

And just where did this new captain of consumer rights, entrusted with exposing the dubious practices of the UK baking industry come from? Err.. Capital Oneicon Bank.
