Are there any CCJ court templates - like in the BAnk Charges Forum?
I've sent a debt collection agency a request for a true copy of the agreement and all they did was to send me a copy of the current terms and conditions.
However they are now actually taking me to court and I was just wondering if there are any templates to use when defending the claim, like there are in teh bank charges section for making a claim?
There are also charges included and after doing an SAR I have got my statements and will be counter claiming these but I just wondered if there are any templates for completing the court documents denying the debt exists based on the dca not being able to supply a copy of the agreement. It's just that I'm not too sure how I should word things properly.
