sent my lba, still not heard anything, they have till next week before I start Court proceedings.
I read in the paper today that one persons court case got thrown out so was in favour of the Bank (Lloyds TSB I think) , it was in the Metro (free london paper) basically saying the judge deemed it fair to be charged £39 ....
Don't hold your breath about getting any replies I had that same reply from good 'ole Sandy on 12 Apr looks like i'm filing at the end of week beginning of next.
