I have today received an offer from RBS of £2500 which covers all the costs I have claimed for but excludes the interest claim. Can anyone who has sucessfully claimed, offer advise on whether to pursue this or accept?
Hi, Depends whether you are in England or Scotland, also whether you mean 8% court interest which you would only claim if going to court, or CI which is a contraversal subject at present.
