without statements how will you know what they owe you?

there is a department that appear to settle in full once you're withing a week or so of the court date

I really don;t see them giving anything away before then other than a partial payoff in Full and finalicon settlement

i already have my statements, although my account is now closed, due to me going on a 'debt managementicon plan',was trying to sort the bank charges but all my other financial problems came on top before i could go through with it ,but anyway im still going through with it because whatever they owe me,they can take it out of what i now owe them!,because im well over my overdrafticon limit and they are now one of my creditors...confusing or what??
but with regard to the original post i just heard it was a quicker way of settling the bank charges.

give it a whirl then, there's nothing to lose if you know what they owe you

have you worked it out plus interesticon on the charges? adds a bit more and is legally sound

Compound Contractual Interest if you're bold and brave

but don;t settle for less than you decide on unless you want, every single indication is that you will get your money if you follow procedure, takes a few months though

they can't do anything unpleasant to that account once you've got your claim under way, the account will 'be in dispute'
