Question Looking for some advice./ Natwest

    Hi,

Im looking for some advice on exactly what i need to do next please.

I have recieved the relevant statements from Natwesticon and calculated that i have paid in excess of £3300 in charges over the period of the statements.

I am slightly unclear on what i should do next and what letter i need to send to take this to the next level.

Any help would be gratefully recieved,

    Regards

Hi all the steps you require are in the step by step instructions, however you need to send the Prelim letter and attach your schedule of charges.

Hi - you need to do a spreadsheet listing the charges and send off the preliminary letter for repayment. These letters can be found in the templates section.

Spend as much time as possible reading up on threads in the Natwesticon section so you've some idea as to what you can expect to happen with your claim.

Remember to stick to YOUR timescales and don't be put off by the bank's stalling tactics.

    Good luck and best wishes.
