Okay...So I have just got off the phone with Lloydsicon after I recieved a letter today saying I was going to be charged £30 for going £7 overdrawn [unauthorised overdrafticon].

Basically I'm still at 6th form so recieve EMA for going to school [!], so 30th March I recieved £60 which made me happy as it meant I could spend it on my holidayicon in the Lake District! I spent a fair amount of music from iTunes [£25] and then checked my internet banking and it said I had no money left?! I emailed Lloyds as I was pretty puzzled and there was no record on any of this money being used on my online statement. Two days later, all the money is back but thenthe day after £17 just vanishes! Eventually it goes back to normal and I spend MY money as I would on various things over two weeks. Then yesterday I get an email from iTunes saying they have JUST processed on of the payments from Itunes [£7.80] and today I have a letter from Lloyds saying I am that much overdrawn and because of that they are going to charge me £30. Literally just called their customer service line and the lady said I can write to their customer service recovery centre. She's given me the address but I have no idea what I am supposed to write etc. And really I don't think I want to pay that £7.90 overdrawn because well, it wasn't my fault that money kept vanishing it was most likely Lloyds! so that surely brings me up to a total of around £38.

So someone help! I have no idea what I am supposed to write asking/saying, I know I have 14 days before they supposedly take that £30 out of my account. They do that on pain of me closing my account.....
