Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights

Hi, I have recently started a claim against Lloyds for a bank account and have decided to start getting the letters off to the credit card companies. We have a couple of credit cards (2 RBS ones) where we had to write and ask for the interest to be stopped and reduced payments to be made as a temporary measure (on advice from Payplan). Before they would accept this they informed us that they would have to send a default. These we have received. Is there anyway that these can be removed?? Also, as much as I know the interest cannot be added until the court stage, is it the same 8% as the banks??
Thanks, Lorraine
Thanks, I have been thru my most current paperwork and on the default it says it has been issued for not agreeing to the contract by asking for reduced payments, so I guess it is a no go? Lorraine
