Hi all,
Just a quick query, i had a barclaycard when i was a student, i got it in 1998 and was sent to a DCA in 2000. Its long paid off but could i claim even though its more than 6 years ago? I have a few other claims going at the moment so i would probably leave this one till i have the others completed. Just thought i might give it a go as they were real buggers to me at the time.
Re: Old Barclaycard account 1998 - 2001 can i claim
Do you have your statements? Because if you don't, I can guarantee you that they will say they don't have them.
If you do, have a read of the threads going round about the Statute of Limitation 1980 and decide for yourself, but more and more people are going for it...
Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.

Thanks bookworm,
i have been reading about the statute of limitations and i dont have my statements (doh). But from reading around there are a lot of complaints about barclaycard non-disclosure. Im going to have a good read around while i complete my other claims and have a go at them last.
