In 2005 i was taken ill,and my A&L account went in to freefall!! You can guess the amount of charges,that were added to my account. i managed to clear all the outstanding debt,then A&L went & closed it I now feel well enough, to start claiming the charges back. Just to check,can i claim the charges back,even though my account has been closed?? Any help and advise will be most welcome!!
if you go to top bar and under search put closed account you will see all threads-also read announcement about claiming back further than 6 years.:grin:jansus
