    Unhappy Princess56 -v- Woolwich

    I have just received my charges from Woolwich and have done the chart with all the charges and the letter requesting payment. On the chart do I ask for the interesticon now?Thanks .

    You only include the interesticon on your actual court claim. Until that point just request your charges only, without interest.
