    Default Claim settled

    I have just agreed to settle for £1,790.00 from Woolwich after sending them the last letter before formal action with the OFT.

    The original claim was for £2,200.00 and their initial offer "In recognition of the poor customer service I felt I had recieved from them" of £1,000.00.

    Thanks to all at Consumer Action Group and everyone whos threads I have read and been encouraged by.

    Going after my credit cards now!
