Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Just received the list of charges from cahoot totalling £690.00. Not sure how to calculate the interest from these charges (i have no idea where they appear on my statements.). Any advice would be appreciated. I'm probably just gonna send the prelim letter asking for the £690.00.
PS For info purposes, I used the 'contact us' box on the website to ask for a list of charges. To be fair to Cahoot, they replied and sent me my list very quickly.
