Thread: I need to write a settlement letter to MCOL

Hi Wastedbullet.

Wait until you receive notification of the court that your claim is allocated to, then write to that court explaining that the defendant has settled the claim to your satisfaction and you now wish to withdraw your claim.

You can't really write to MCOL as all the MCOL claims go direct to Northampton, which acts as a clearing house and allocates them to a court that is local to you.

I don't think that there is a specific template, but there is nothing special needed.
