Default Help on complaining to Information Commissioner

I want to complain to the IC about Barclaycard not responding to me asking for my statements even though they have banked my cheque. How exactly do I do this? Do I do it online through the freedom of information section and do I have to send them any letters I have sent Bcard?

I would write to Barclaycard again to compalin and to tell them that they are in breach of the Data Protection Act-also in the letter I would make referenece to the fact that you are sending copies of your correspondence to the Commissioner due to this breach.

Fingers crossed you will get your statements not long after they have received your complaint.

This would appear to another delaying tactic that the banks are using and this is all grist for the mill for the ICO.

They must be able to track an account by name and address.

Go back and get them to recheck and dont forget the ICO
