Hi,
I wrote to the Woolwich on 3rd March asking for a copy of charges on my account for the past 6 yearsand enclosed £10. They replied on 10th March saying "We are sorry you are unhappy with our service..... we will respond to your complaint within 40 days". I received a list of the charges totalling £545 on the 2nd of April. On 3rd April I wrote to them again requesting they refund the charges. Today I received a reply: "we are sorry you are not happy with our service..... we will respond to your complaint by 08 May 2007. Can anyone advise me on what to do now?
