Just about to get the ball rolling in regards to claiming my charges back, Heard a few people I know have been successful, one guy claimed back and got 6K!
Just wanted to know if the procedure for doing so is different in Scotland as it is in England? Is it the same steps as in the step by step guide??
Yes it is but the limits are different. I think you can only claim back 5 years and there are different limits on the amounts you can claim. Worth looking around for the info - don't know it myself cos I'm in Wales
Seahorse is currently claiming against RBS from Scotland and his thread is worth reading through as it is quite informative if that's of any help.
