HBOS have not responded to my summary cause and now the court have told me i need to complete form 17 (form of minute - no response lodged by defender). I have looked at the form and it looks simple enough but what do i put under the minute(s) section? I know this is a silly question but i dont want to mess up my claim at this stage
HBOS did not enter any defense on my case either and I also didn't know what to write so I just took it into the sheriff court and asked them. I am sorry I cannot remember what they wrote but it was very short and sweet. I hope that you may get more advise from someone else, you are nearly there. The next thing the court will do is grant you your decree and that will take roughly another 2 weeks.

But about a week and a half later HBOS put all the cash claimed into my account, plus interest and costs. Things are looking good for you. If you can, get down to the court, pronto!

Thanks for this i am just back from the court and the girl told me to write decree + expenses + sheriff officers fee
