    hello
I requested my statements for my joint account and personal account back in february, i sent off teh £10 cheque with the request but Natwesticon only ever sent me statements for my personal account, i then requested them again and to date have still not received them, i did go ahead after waiting so long my list of charges on my personal account, that was 6th march but have heard nothing so far, no acknowledgement or anything, what steps should i take next and how do i get my joint accout statements, did i need to pay 2x £10 because i thought i only had to pay per request?

I only paid £10 for two accounts.
They took a while with the second lot, but they eventually came.

Send the non-compliance letter in Parkvales post, but be warned they are taking longer as there are so many requests.

While I used to advise against phoning, as this means remembering what's been said, no proof etc, it may be worth it - but ask the name of who you are speaking to, and make notes as you speak.

If i send off the data protection non compliance letter, do i include both points; missing statements from 2nd account and the fact that they've ignored my request for refund of charges on 1st account?

Non compliance on joint account, they complied on sole account

If you have sent prelim you need to send lbaicon after 14 days, if still no response you need to sue the bank. on personal account

    Default Re: no response-I'VE WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well that was bloody quick, sent off my lbaicon letter Thursday last week (i think) thursday or wednesday and monday morning i get a letter from stuart higley offering my full amount requested of £1312.00, letter saying we don't agree with your basis for complaint bla bla bla, that they'll charge me again if i go over my agreed limit bla bla but as a gesture of good willicon heres your money!!

I'm so happy, things like this never happen to me

I think this could've gone thoguh even quicker if i'd have kept on top of it abit more but sent my schedule of charges on the 6th march, had no reply, sent off the LBA last week and today get my money back.

And its all down to the help and advice offered on this site and all the stories people keep us updated with so you know your not alone in your quest that can be pretty scary when you don't know what the hell your doing.

    Thanks all

How do i change my title from no response to i've won!??
