    Default FB Vs. Barclaycard

Ok quicky on this one it is looking good.

I submitted a prelim & they have responded. They do not agree they are unlawful but will credit the full amount of charges to my account or if the account is closed they will pay me via BACS if I supply bank details. I am going to give them this & settle ignoring interesticon as it is only £12! I will let you know when I have the cash.

Congratulations, they have settled in full as your are not entitled to the Sect 69 interest unless you file the claim at court.

Ok quick update on this one. Phone them yesterday as I had not received funds in the required 14 days. I got told it had been applied to my account, which is long closed, after a few mins discussing my agreement in relation to the offer they made & me saying OK fine I will issue a claim & go for full disclosure on you charges this evening they agreed to send me the cash via the BACS system, it should be in my account by Tuesday so watch this space.
