Just started claiming against A&L, they responded to first letter and stated they will not refund any charges. Followed up with phone call. seemed very abrupt and made out its all my fault....
hi sean, yes it is just a standard response, just proceed on to the next stage, you should now begin a thread in the a/l forum where you can post any questions you have and someone who has been in a similar situation as yourself will be able to help you, best of luck x
