hi everybody - just introducing myself on this forum (quite well known on HSBCicon's lol).

i've just completed 2 very successful claims with hsbc and now i think it's time i got down to some work and tackled barclaycard. i'm going to do my homework first before i start anything as i don't know how different the procedures are for credit cards. answers on a postcard please to ...... this thread lol
