having sent my letter requesting statements to my bank they did not send me statements only a letter offering £1000. after the 40 days expired i then sent them a non compliance letter which gives 7 days to respond. the 7 days expires tomoro and i still havent received statements.
what do i do now? help!!!!!!!!1
