hi ive just send my letter asking for my last six years charges on the 8th feb via recorded delivery, have heard nowt as of yet, as it stands since the beginning of 2006 have payd almost £2000 and i know forwell theres more as we had masses of charges in 2005. can anyone help

Give them 40 days to respond to your SAR. While you wait, have a good read round the forum to get an idea of what to expect.

wot happens if i dont hear anything or they refuse to give me the information?

1. They can't refuse to supply the info.

2. I think you are getting ahead of yourself at the moment, emma. Give them the full 40 days to see if they comply.

3. If they don't supply the info you can take steps to force them. But as I say, you are anticipating problems before they have cropped up. This is going to be a stressful enough process for you without inventing extra "bogeymen"!

Take a deep breath, emma, and take things as they come. We'll keep an eye on you, you can count on that!

hi all just recived my bog off letter back from a&l am just going to send my lba, funny thing is before they replied to my request they sent me a letter saying they have noticed i have had a high volume of charges on my account and although they are lawful how to avoid them!!!!!!!!!!! the cheek of it, i have a parachute account done so i will poss end up filing in court!!!!!!!!!!!! LET BATTLE COMMENCE
