Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Have done all process against Barclaycard upto MCOL stage.
Monitored it online and at last minuite they filed a defence as expected.
Expected a response from Northampton Court with Allocation Questionairre,
Received a letter today from Northampton saying ' A defence has been filed. The claim has been transferred to the court covering the area where the claiment lives , (it did say defendant but it has been crossed out).
Then
'Please read the accompanying documents carefully (and then the next bit crossed out) 'and note that the allocation questionnaire should be returned to the Count Court'
There is no Allocation Questionnaire, just a copy of Barclaycards defence.
Do you think thst there has been a mess up of what I should of received.

MCOL are now dispensing with the aq, this is to speed up the process its nothing to worry about.
The next stage is that you will recieve directions from your local court. They will allocate you a court date. The dispensing of the aq is nothing to worry about.
