    Default Lee v Barclaycard

Have done all process against Barclaycard upto MCOL stage.

Monitored it online and at last minuite they filed a defence as expected.

Expected a response from Northampton Court with Allocation Questionairre,

Received a letter today from Northampton saying ' A defence has been filed. The claim has been transferred to the court covering the area where the claiment lives , (it did say defendant but it has been crossed out).

    Then

'Please read the accompanying documents carefully (and then the next bit crossed out) 'and note that the allocation questionnaireicon should be returned to the Count Court'

There is no Allocation Questionnaire, just a copy of Barclaycards defence.

Do you think thst there has been a mess up of what I should of received.

I plan on calling them on Tuesday to check,

    Thanks.

MCOL are now dispensing with the aqicon, this is to speed up the process its nothing to worry about.

Can anyone advise me on the above.

If Northampton are disposing of the aqicon, what happens now ?

Do I need to contact anyone ?

What about the £100 I would normally have to give to my local Court ?

What is the next step ?

Spoke to MCOL who said that because the claim was less than £1,500 there is no need for a aqicon and I would be contacted by local court for court date.

Has anybody else had this ?

The next stage is that you will recieve directions from your local court. They will allocate you a court date. The dispensing of the aqicon is nothing to worry about.
