Sent my request for statements last Wednesday, but forgot to enclose a cheque for £10 .
After 2 days of digging through boxes I have now found all my statement , shall I just sent the prelim letter to Halifax? or am I gonna have to wait for the first letter to be rejected?
I have just calculated how much dosh Halifax owe me from charges (£1400), but how do I calculate overdraft interest? I can't just take the figure from my statements as I do have an arranged overdraft, and the spreadsheet I have used has 8% column, but I thought that was for court stage.
