    Default Advice Required

Hello, Hope someone out there can help.

Sent my request for statements last Wednesday, but forgot to enclose a cheque for £10 .

After 2 days of digging through boxes I have now found all my statement , shall I just sent the prelim letter to Halifaxicon? or am I gonna have to wait for the first letter to be rejected?

    Thanks in Advance

Hope someone can answer this question:

I have just calculated how much dosh Halifaxicon owe me from charges (£1400), but how do I calculate overdrafticon interest? I can't just take the figure from my statements as I do have an arranged overdraft, and the spreadsheet I have used has 8% column, but I thought that was for court stage.

    Thanks in Advance

    Thanks for the links.

Just worked out that my arranged overdrafticon is interest free, so all interest debited from my account is on the charges.....extra dosh to claim back!

    yippee!
