The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Just thought i'd update my thread yesterday recieved the first statements through for my fight against Nat West. If you recall i'm reclaiming bank charges for myself and my two brothers sent my SAR off on 21st March 07. On the SAR i wrote my address but gave all three account numbers and sent the recommend fee of £10. I was suprised that I only recieved my brother tony's statements through so i suppose i'll need to wait for the other statements to come through. Using the spreadsheet calculater worked out they owed my brother tony £1,855.99 without the 8% APR added on with it added a total of £2,317.01 over a 6 year period which shocked me will now wait to see when i will recieve my own and my other brothers details.
How did you get the 99p on charges alone without any interest?
Just another point if the other accounts are sole accounts and only 1 cheque was sent then no further details may be forthcoming unless they are joint accounts.
