Hello everyone,
i sent a preliminary request for payment of the charges taken from my account on 27/04/06.I recieved back a reply from LPF, a subsidary of Barclaycard, dated 02/05/06, stating the usual about their terms and conditions etc and a leaflet entitled 'We Value Your Custom'. so when the 14 days were up, i sent the letter before action. I recieved back a letter dated 05/05/06 from Barclaycard, saying they were sorry to learn i was dissatisfied etc, and that they were dealing with my correspondence, and they aim to resolve matters by June 9th, and that if i had any immediate queries to contact them. Well the 14 days are up on 25/05/06, so shall i just make a claim through Moneyclaim, as i have given them the 14 days, or wait till June? i cant help thinking this is another stalling tactic by them.
Stick to your timetable, they will do anything to delay you and put you off.
Good luck
