I Have Been Trying To Get The Free 5 Year Guarantee, Advertised On Aeg Website, For Aeg Tumble Dryer T59800. I E-mailed Aeg And They Said: Send In The Registration Document And You Will Receive A Claim Form To Redeem The Extra 4 Years Guarantee.
After 3 Weeks I Received A Letter From A Company Called Domestic And General, But No Claim Form, Only A direct debit Form To Pay For The Extended Guarantee.
I Have E-mailed Aeg C/care, They Give 1 Year Guarantee, And Dom And Gen Give The Other 4 Years, But You Have To Claim.
I Have Tel Dom And Gen, And Asked Them To Send Me A Claim Form, To Claim The Extra 4 Years Guarantee, Which They Said They Would Do.
After 10 Days, I Have Not Received The Claim Form, So I E-mailed Again, And Received A Reply To Say They Were Passing It To Aeg Queries.
Can Anyone Give Any Advice On This, Or Are These Free 5 Year Guarantees A Con.
