    Default kelly v natwest

hello, I'm going to take on the woolwich on behalf of my other half I have a few questions if any one can help.

*how much do the woolwich charge for statements?

*how long are they taking to post them out?

*what are they like for closing accounts?

*at which point are the woolwich making offers/refunds or are they taking as long as they can?

    thank you for any help,
    kelly

Send the letter below with your details to them, with £10. As long as you send that letter with the legal bits about SARicon, data protection etc they can't charge more

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...ction-act.html

It seems that all the banks are taking various amounts of time.
They have 40 days from the receipt of the request, if you do not have the statements then send the non-comliance letter.

All the letters are under the library section "templates".

During the 40 days have a swot up on the FAQs and threads,

    Sally x

That I don't know. Have not done Woolwich.

You'll be fine, don't get worried about any stage, just post your concerns here and someone will help.
