    Default Advice needed - accepting bank's offer post litigation.

    i've issued court proceedings and intended to enter judgement on 14/4/07.

    had a letter from the bank today (HBOSicon) advising they will reimburse my charges but no mention of the court fee or interesticon.

    do i contact them and remind them they owe interest and court fee or reject and enter judgement as they have not settled full amount claimed?
