hi everyone
i got charges on my account for 105.00 on the 28 march phoned my bank in Glasgow asked what charges where for 3x35.00 for misuse of card so they phoned me a couple of days later to say bring in your switch cards cheque books and will get them back in 6months and i will get my charges back that i phoned for but at this point i am not claiming for 5 years of charges yet!!! when i got to bank the guy says sign here for your 105.00 charges back so i did this got charges of 105.00 back but the letter says
I write following your concern 28march regarding charges on your account and to thank you for bringing this to our attention
this matter has been referred to our Regional Office who have authorised me to refund 105.00 as a final gesture of goodwill
however please note that before these charges can be refunded i will need you to sign this letter as your acceptance for this as Full and final settlement to your concern and that all future charges on your account will stand to be paid unless a clear bank error has been made
so does this mean i can't claim back 5 years of charges
